X-Ray Vision

A university competition entry with the subject of 'X-Ray Vision'.
I tried to be as creative as possible as the key word is very precise, I think this is probably one of my best paintings to date but I still can't get over the right hand as it doesn't look natural at all. I also know I could have done more if I had more time to work with the painting.
